Hello I'm from Korea. When we buy frozen US beef in box, it seems like they didnt age it and just freeze unlike what you said. Then, is it same that i defrost it (vacuum packed) in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 weeks? And i heard when you age the frozen beef, the aging process fater than the original raw beef. Is that real?
Seems to be different opinions on how long frozen meat can be stored. Anywhere from one year to three years. And we’re talking about vacuum sealed meat so what is it when your max or longer?
