  • I enjoy feeding the birds in my back garden but feeding birds can attract rats.
    If you put out bird feeders and you see rats in your garden it could be the feeders attracting them. But how can we stop attracting rats to a bird feeder?
    The main reason rats find your feeders is because of the seed that has dropped to the ground below. So we need to find a way to stop this from happening.
    In this video I show you one way that can help to stop bird seed falling to the ground. In turn, this could reduce the likelihood of rats finding an easy meal in your garden, sending them elsewhere.
    The feeder in this video is an old one for demonstration purposes. It is dirty and needs a clean if used again.
