thank you for this recipe! it is totally up my alley and I know my family will love it, too! unfortunately the lavash we can get here in Germany, or at least in my town, is only the size of a tea plate lol I have a question since I can't have any oils or gets added and you are so much more savvy in the kitchen then I, - do you think there is a way to bake these in the oven? Maybe with a bowl of water or some water sprayed on them to keep them from trying out too much?
Kerstin Mamavegana you can definitely bake these, I wrote that in the recipe , use any kind of oil you like to lightly brush the tops or don't use anything , bake it as is

Heghineh, you answered my question just in time. I went on line and found the pan at Macy's, a two day sale and got it today for $19.99 plus tax of course. I used it tonight for dinner and it came in very handy and worked well. Thank you again for answering my question.
