LOVEBITES - Under The Red Sky lyrics: Rupture of the Heavens Blinding rays piercing through on a killing spree Looming in the distance, come the thundering roars of calamity Eerie bitter silence, from the whirling black smoke and insanity Time has stopped and frozen Held my breath with the death of humanity If somewhere God really exists How would He take our shame and great disgrace? Sin in the sky It was that moment when I saw you smile A suffering I will never forget At the edge of this grey world Holding you tight Searching for a glimpse of hope that we can still believe in Pounded by the black rain, while the world is engulfed in a bloody sea Stolen in a moment; everything, everyone lost to history If somewhere God really exists How would He take our shame and great disgrace? Sin in the sky It was that moment when I saw you smile A suffering I will never forget But again I will find you And take your hand Cause I know, together we are stronger than this nightmare Sin in the sky It was that moment when I saw you smile A suffering I will never forget At the edge of this grey world Holding you tight Searching for a glimpse of hope that we can still believe in Sin in the sky It was that moment when I saw you smile A suffering I will never forget But again I will find you And take your hand Cause I know, together we will find a way to overcome ----- lyrics: asami music: Mao arrangement: LOVEBITES (miho, haruna, midori, miyako, asami)
LOVEBITES - Above the Black Sea lyrics: Age of oddities, suffocating with all of these strings pulling me Fit into the mold of this twisted world This is how it's ought to be Worshipped death and flight, sin to live the night Who are you supposed to be Higher and higher, higher than the Heavens Now's the time to pour your blood and heart into the sky Higher and higher, far above the Heavens Go beyond the silent clouds that promise nothing but the end Time to put an end to this nightmare Cause you have no choice in your hands Higher and higher, higher than the Heavens Now's the time to pour your blood and heart into the sky Higher and higher, far above the Heavens Go beyond the silent clouds that promise nothing but the end In a moment I'll fade away As long as he will bring us a new day I will take this in as my fate Just let me leave something proving my life In a moment I'll fade away As long as he will bring you a new day I am thankful this was my fate Just let me leave reason to my life ----- lyrics: asami music: miyako arrangement: LOVEBITES (miho, haruna, midori, miyako, asami)
I have never seen a better female band in all my 61yrs; what a stage presence;Awesome brilliance from the gorgeous 5,Love them to bits 😍 🐺🎸🎤🥁🎸🎸🏴🇯🇵
"Under The Red Sky" is the final encore of an hour & 45min show. Phenomenal. Midori's guitar-work in this is beyond 'beyond' ... Same song ends the 2 hour 2021 blu-ray, Heavy Metal Never Dies "Bravehearted" written by drummer Haruna from earlier in same show, : ruclips.net/video/3XRq1YR_A0w/видео.html
Above the Black Sea - Ode to the last flight of a pilot of Special Attack Force playing his part in the Divine Wind. Under the Red Sky - Aftermath of Hiroshima. The slow interlude sounds like Harmonic minor and Midori's slide solo is reminiscent of Ritchie Blackmore from Stargazer off of Rainbow Rising. I don't care what song it is, the last Lovebites song I just listened to is always my favorite song. Lovebites is that great. Agree that these girls are so wholesome. Thanks for putting up the double reaction.
Under the Red Sky is my favorite Lovebites song. Here is why it is so good. 1. Midori shreds like a maniac all through the chorus the entire time. I've never heard such fantastic shredding all through a song before. Listen for it... you will be amazed. 2. Lyrics... so deep, so emotional, so epic. 3. Crowd participation.... Unparalleled. The entire crowd singing together like they are in church on Easter Sunday. 3. The switch from the minor key to the major key when they hit the chorus. 4. The heartwarming ending. How fun to watch them all being treated like royalty and getting to take a bow together. 5. Musical composition. Whoever wrote this song is a genius. I'm assuming Miyako?
"Damn, look at that venue. Looks dope." It's closed. The pandemic got it. What I love about Miho - or at least one of the things I love about her - is that I've never seen her use a pick, yet she throws picks to the crowd after the show. That's some nice fan appreciation.
I know I'm somewhat late to the party, but I just want to commend the way you chose to react to those two songs, the way they appear on their original track list: side by side. They make a part of LOVEBITES' retelling of the Japanese WW II story, and are best taken in together. They are musically striking for many reasons, and listening with lyrics can make a puddle out of a man, but the most striking is the major key into which "Under the Red Sky" resolves in the end, as if saying: life will go on, be thankful for your part in it... It is, to my mind, the beautiful peaceful acceptance of death like probably only Japanese can achieve. Two soaring masterpieces, connected by their citations of the emotional music of Rachmaninoff...
🐺🤘🤘🐺🤘❤ Thanks for the double whammy!
metal + grace + elegance + beauty + sympathy + great musicians + great songs = LOVEBITES !!!😊❤🤘
YES..

Miyako headbanging at the end of Above the black Sea is such a beautiful site, Pure fire!!! One of my favourite songs 🐺

I still shed a tear knowing the only way I will see Miho play with Lovenites, is through a TV screen. Thank you for continuing to promote Lovenites.
LOVEBITES - Under The Red Sky lyrics:
Rupture of the Heavens
Blinding rays piercing through on a killing spree
Looming in the distance, come the thundering roars of calamity
Eerie bitter silence, from the whirling black smoke and insanity
Time has stopped and frozen
Held my breath with the death of humanity
If somewhere God really exists
How would He take our shame and great disgrace?
Sin in the sky
It was that moment when I saw you smile
A suffering I will never forget
At the edge of this grey world
Holding you tight
Searching for a glimpse of hope that we can still believe in
Pounded by the black rain, while the world is engulfed in a bloody sea
Stolen in a moment; everything, everyone lost to history
If somewhere God really exists
How would He take our shame and great disgrace?
Sin in the sky
It was that moment when I saw you smile
A suffering I will never forget
But again I will find you
And take your hand
Cause I know, together we are stronger than this nightmare
Sin in the sky
It was that moment when I saw you smile
A suffering I will never forget
At the edge of this grey world
Holding you tight
Searching for a glimpse of hope that we can still believe in
Sin in the sky
It was that moment when I saw you smile
A suffering I will never forget
But again I will find you
And take your hand
Cause I know, together we will find a way to overcome

The POWER of LOVEBITES 🤘🤘🤘🤘
Amazing how they always give a great live performance. Can't wait for their return and to hear anything new from them.
I always tear up when they take a bow.
LOVEBITES - Above the Black Sea lyrics:
Age of oddities, suffocating with all of these strings pulling me
Fit into the mold of this twisted world
This is how it's ought to be
Worshipped death and flight, sin to live the night
Who are you supposed to be
Higher and higher, higher than the Heavens
Now's the time to pour your blood and heart into the sky
Higher and higher, far above the Heavens
Go beyond the silent clouds that promise nothing but the end
Time to put an end to this nightmare
Cause you have no choice in your hands
Higher and higher, higher than the Heavens
Now's the time to pour your blood and heart into the sky
Higher and higher, far above the Heavens
Go beyond the silent clouds that promise nothing but the end
In a moment I'll fade away
As long as he will bring us a new day
I will take this in as my fate
Just let me leave something proving my life
In a moment I'll fade away
As long as he will bring you a new day
I am thankful this was my fate
Just let me leave reason to my life

That outro(instrumental) was Miyako’s amazing guitar play inspired by Brian May💕
