Already bought the App. Really good and easy to use. For me that do lettering, having the fonts created this way allows me to use the fonts in several peaces of art, making much easier to change the sentences in any peace and reuse lettering.

Thank goodness, I watched this video first before thinking of buying Fontself. So, a year ago it was a little over $10, last month it was around $20, and now it's $39 for just Adobe Illustrator, wow...just...wow. :(
Those are two different versions. The one im reviewing is for Procreate. The desktop extension is more expensive but it also gives you a much higher level of customization in nearly every aspect.
As of 7/24/24 the app is $20 and it has in app purchases. I wish they explained what else do I need to pay for in addition to $20. As for your channel, I think I’ll subscribe..
Your font looks amazing, love it! And this app seems pretty straight forward and easy to use! But I think your thoughts to improve the app are actually quite essential! I also would favor to create a display font, or some script or handdrawn style. Btw, still patiently waiting for some tutorial of yours about your neat and stylish script style lettering 🙂

I use procreate all the time for sublimation, and even though I can write my own letters/words out there it does speed up the design process to have premade fonts you can use.. I’ve downloaded A LOT of fonts over the past 4 years but I haven’t found one that I can say I truly love.. there’s always a few letters that I just don’t like.. being able to create my own would help out so much, and since I am familiar with procreate already it’ll make it easier to use for me.. I really like the way you can design inside the app and not have to draw it out somewhere else and import it into the app.. anyways, enough ranting lol I’m downloading now and going to start designing.. thank you for sharing this video..
Absolutely. You just need to make sure you check out the licensing options on the platforms you are going to sell these fonts. I used to create and sell handwritten fonts using the desktop extension, but this will work great as well :)
Does anyone know if there is a way to sign the fonts? (Like you would do when you create a brush yourself in procreate) I can't find anything like that in the app.
