I am so appreciative of Dr Friedman. I think he has changed so much and has also done it with a lot of kindness and care throughout the years, and during a time when a lot of people assumed they knew so much more than most people probably really did.

I am not convinced that hanging out with overweight people makes you more like to suffer from being overweight. lol
Because I have been trying to emulate skinny people my entire life.
