I watch these videos from the UK he was a master of his craft, very knowledgeable and the information was delivered in a straight forward easy to understand way. Thank you to his family for keeping him around by posting these vlogs.

I don't miss an episode that comes up. I love watching you and will continue to. RIP
i keep the same basic excercises- inclines for chest etc. but do them using cables, maschines etc....
I put in your 6way in my 6split program, usually i feel a majority of burning sensation when resting in my entire body from doing 6 split, but adding that 6way, just made my shoulder muscles feel like they burning even more than rest of the body.
Thanks
Personally (and as a conjugate enjoyer), it's every single week. BUT, I rotate through different variations on a 3 week schedule. I may see the same lift still somewhat often but as a home gym lifter it is a great way to prevent overuse injury because I don't have the luxury of using lots of machines. So week 1 and 4 for example might be the same lift.
Te extrañamos mucho en la tierra...espero que estés disfrutando del cielo...
for me i say YES! rotate exercise daily. chest has 4 chest parts ,back has 3 body parts ,traps 2 body parts, shoulder 3 body parts tris 3, bis 3 parts ...I do 2 or 3 sets on each body parts..
I think there’s a huge benefit to changing our exercises very few weeks, just to keep things interesting. There’s a reason people don’t like doing calisthenics, it’s boring lol, doing push-ups and pull ups every day gets old fast
Weights can be boring too
@@seandoherty746 eh I wouldn’t agree with that. Like I said, I think variation can be a huge factor in keeping things interesting
@@Yabuddy53 everybody is different
I consider relevant rotating. Since the muscles fibres have "memory" of the effort. So, mixing and changing routines shocks the habit of the muscles.
What a mellowful man! Times I think the God's unfair 😢
❤
RIP
STILL LEARNING FROM HIM
ly john
the way he says hi everybody😥
HI, JOHN!
We miss you John we miss you a lot
Very good content. Rip brother

💪😁🤙
It really matters on how quickly your body adapts. For some people it's 6 weeks, for some it is 8 weeks, others 4 weeks, for me it is 3 weeks
How can you expect to progress when you’re constantly changing 3 weeks?
3 weeks is not enough time to get good at an exercise, see results for an exercise, or for your body to get used to the exercise and how to perform. You couldn’t be more wrong if you tried. Stop winging it.
NICE!
This dude was smart bro he recorded a bunch of videos just in case, in order to help people long after he's gone 🫡👊🏾💯
Most, if not all of these are reuploads. Still really cool to have them pop up every couple of days!
