Duuude thank you soo much, this notification just randomly started appearing on my screen. Uninstalling HP System Event Utility worked, like someone else asked though, does uninstalling this program affect the computer in any bad way?

Supposedly all it does is enable certain HP related keyboard shortcuts and allows you to reprogram keys on some HP laptops. Other than those features likely being unavailable, it doesn't seem to cause any issues. I heard one person state that it supposedly made the touchpad on their laptop stop working. It could've been unrelated though since they were able to fix it by updating the drivers on the touchpad. Other than that I haven't heard anyone have any issues after deleting it.

Type in HP system event utility in your task bar then uninstall it. I actually had to type it in manually
