I live in Australia and not all mails have underground parking..depends on where the mail is located and the population density in that area. If there is a lot of space, parking can be provided on the surface due to land availability. Stop being naive

@@starphoraThe functionality of a shopping mall is critical. Here is what is essential.
      1) Is a mall having parking problems that warrant underground?
      2) Is there an accessibility problem?
      3) Are customers treated well without discrimination?
      4) Do customers find what they want? 5) Are customers comfortable with people staring at them as visitors from the moon?
These are essential considerations about malls in any place.

Point of correction this is Cross River state with Calabar as state capital, in Nigeria 🇳🇬 we have thirty six states and each state with it capital, if not for this video many people believe is only Lagos and Abuja that is developed, the closest state to Cross rivers is Akwa Ibom with it capital Uyo from there to River state with Portharcourt as it capital, Nigeria development is nation wide not just Lagos and Abuja as he is going round you will stop talking about Ghana even as your tag team partner, you will begin to know why we asked if Ghana is a country? I believe he will visit Obudu cattle ranch before leaving cross river state.

That's just only on Crude Oil (Petroleum) international trade/economics. All these information can be read online when searched. It is the Federal Government of Nigeria that is earning a lot of revenue in Nigeria each year due to International trades (all the blessings of natural resources from the most high, our Almighty God). We thank God almighty for the blessings. No doubt about it. One of many reasons as to why the Almighty God we serve is a Great God all the time. Peace and God bless...

@mrsoshadabaadman Likewise Nigeria. However, my main point is that when real Africans are talking about achievements, those that barely achieve anything for themselves without the help of their owners and masters shouldn't talk. Your masters and owners are the ones working hard to make SA look good while u the natives laze around joblessly. They make SA look good for themselves and not for you, which is why they live in the best places and own over 70% of total land. You should be crying to ur African neighbors for help to liberate u, not pick a fight with them.

Even I am in Nigeria on holiday and will be returning soon. We are all scouting to see how best we can help our country in little things that matters. This shopping mall is world class standard minus a tiny thing. It is even bigger than many all over some European countries. And we are just getting started. Well done Calabar. I am seeing stuffs like this nationwide and even many supermarkets in the same town in places like Lagos all built within a year. And they are competing against each other’s the Nigerian way. This is why Africa can never be able to compete against us as we compete against ourselves to improve ourselves.
