If arrow rain (and flurry) had procs that actually worked, then you could have a strict proc vs. burst proc build style on Huntress. But alas, it's just "do you want to gamble on getting crit" and "do you want to hate yourself"
@@Iranofideaswhilewritingthis334 1.0 proc for a skill that hit 19 times might be a bit too much(but then again, loader and runner are in the game), but a humble 0.5 or maybe even 0.7 would make the skill miles better than it is now
I think another thing about player scaling aside from multiplicative math that doesn’t get brought up all that often is that enemies never get better at hitting you when leveling up they just get more health and more damage, whereas items give you more speed or methods of dodging the damage, which also plays into full looting outscaling enemy level and director credits

How are you using Cooler Stages without it bugging out on you? I was using stage aesthetics and it would cause chests not to spawn on stage 2. Do you proper save your run until you get a working stage or do you just have a working version?
I’ve talked to Hopoo about it personally and lunar items were partially designed around giving players a way out of bad runs. So while I agree the coin editing made the perception worse, it still is what it is

1.0 Proc rate Arrow rain is a holy dream, that would fix a lot of the gripes i have with Huntress (still a good char notheless)
