I saw Lee at one of his last live shows. My face ached with laughter the whole time. Hands down one the best, if not the best stand up comedian.

I’ve watched a shit tonne of Lee Evans clips on RUclips. He is, hands down, the man with the least negative comments section. One of my biggest regrets is not seeing him live.
I noticed his comedy is mostly a just surviving life, down to the tiniest insignificant thing. Harmless fun :-)

The Sat Nav and how your wife could get you to do anything around the house has been my No 1 favourite to this day! I remember laughing so hard for at least 20 minutes after to the point that my other half had to tell me to shut up!

Saw his Monster show in Manchester. Best comedy gig I ever went to. Stomach ached the day after I laughed so much. A true genius and on Britain’s Mount Rushmore of comedy.
I’ve always loved Lee, and will forever remember going to see him for the first time with my late sister at the cliffs pavilion
These have been popping up in my feed recently, no idea why, but I'm glad they have. The last two years have been a steadily declining shitshow for me and seeing Evans again reminds me of a less stressful time.
I was lucky to go see him once in 2015 in Dublin. Cried laughing. Brought my parents and bestie. He us absolutely brilliant. Legend. Thanks Lee.

One word - Legend
I was fortunate enough to be working at a theatre where he was doing one of his untevelized pre tours, where he goes to smaller theatres and tries his matieral so he knows what to cut out for the main show, what works and doesn't work etc.
He was brilliant, and unfortunately I wasn't working thst day which was good as I was able to see his show, but I also missed out on when he came to see and thank the cafe bar staff after the show.
The one time in my life where I wished I was working haha

It truly is a shame that NONE of Lee's stand up specials are available on dvd here in the states. But then, again not that many of his films are available here in the states either. (Just the ones where he puts on an american accent.) Fingers crossed that someday he will make all of his specials available here in the us.
