I love this a lot , always wanted to do a hotdog stand and came very close a few times , i knew a gal she had a hotdog cart and was only open from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm and she never failed to make minimum profit of 200 dollars a day , i really hope you are safe and not having to deal with a bunch of twisted nut cases

Hi Kevin, thank you for your question! I ordered my tent from EuroMax.com and my lights are Monster brand LED 16ft strips run off my generator. I bought them at Walmart. Thank you for the compliment and good wishes! Best of luck to you! 😊

Here we can serve 24 hours, it’s just that noise ordinance prevents use of generator after 11pm.

Great set up, how do you have the receipt set up I like it, do have the square connected to the iPad and the printer, and are you running off wifi or mobile data? Just waiting for it to get warm so we can get back to business , it's 10 degrees a little rough for a hotdog cart lol
Hi there, the receipt printer is Bluetooth and connected through the square app. I have a mobile data plan on my iPad which does not require Wi-Fi. Hope this helps! 😊
I Love you set up Renee, Where you buy the hot dog bread? I'm starting my business with a hot dogs cart here in Oklahoma city.
Cuban rolls, short shelf life though! Be prepared to only buy what you need to use quickly. I got them at BJs :) You can also find them at SAMS club and other big retailer bakeries .

Hi there! Its a used cart from NYC, I am not sure what the exact name of it is. It takes me about 20 minutes to set up and get things hot and cooking. :)

In my state we aren’t allowed to keep extra food in coolers or in our vehicles., Unfortunately.
I’m custom building my own cart since I couldn’t find a reasonably priced cart that fits my wants/needs. I like your set up but I’m trying to keep mine simpler and smaller. I only plan on using the canopy tent when vending during the day to block the sun, won’t be using a cash register or any change everything will be a flat dollar rate with taxes included.

Hello, thank you for your question! I have a 2200 Champion Generator from Tractor Supply. I run my music, and LED Light strips on it. And if needed Charging devices while doing events, basically anything that I need electricity for. :)

Hello! It’s a Blackstone adventurer. I got it from Walmart but you can find them on Amazon and at other retailers. It’s a workhorse, but they weren’t really meant for consistent, commercial cooking. So after a while, about 5 months of heavy cooking at events and festivals, it began to wear down and I had to replace the iron flat top.

Hello I got my generator from Tractor Supply. This “Champion” brand is also available at BJs 😊
My grill, steam table and water heater run on Propane. There is a tank in the back of my cart.
