I have had studio drummer now for at least a month or so. Love it! Play the samples using my Roland TD12!! I have a lot of VST's(BFD2, Superior Drummer 2 by Toontrack, Addictive Drums & this is my go to VST right now! Awesome sounding drums! Like playig acoustic!
@bren6977 although ezdrummer has very good kits NI has been amazing with the different variations and attention to detail. plus studio drummer comes with transient master, master eq, compressor and tape saturator.
The midi is from Studio drummer, They now have an update version 1.1 for this that sounds way better than these kit presets, Its a very good VST, I think one of the best out there.
Keep trying NI my man. I have never had problems with them. I think you have to have the iLok dongle to register their products, but I may be wrong. Check it out, that might help.
Studio Drummer hands down,

How does Studio Drummer stand against EZDrummer, and programs like that?
