D Freezer compressor not running

Assalam Alaikum, there is a D freezer in this video, so the customer says yes, the compressor is not running, so as soon as he went and checked the compressor, yes, they are with the stabilizer. Its stabilizer is bad, yes it sparks, waves are gold, too much work due to which the compressor is not running, this is the detail.
