Your presentation/briefing is very good, you told every thing right but regarding removal of upper tray need little correct. It is very easy to remove it. Just you need to full opening of door and little tilting down the tray to detach.
i think its plus point if peoples are think, in door side bottles are not coming-up fixed like we can't put bottle in door area and my opinon its a plus point bcz of, its about weight its about door caring, if we are keep putting weight on door side so in future we will face problem in door like up and down and some more
