Wow some fantastic coins and sets. My favourite has to be the 1992 annual set as that's the year our son was born and of course I have the set. The 2009 sets with the kew gardens are stunning.

I was with one of your competitor coin companies on saturday picking up a 1797 half guinea. They had just taken a delivery of a coin collection, containing 25 (yes, TWENTY FIVE) circulated kew gardens
That box was the box that just kept on giving. Unbelievable bundle or absolute treasure, some people would do many things for a stack like that others would spend it in the shop lol 😆 id be happy to add 8 bunc kews but tbh I like the Olympic 5 pound coins I actually found one of them in a bag that was brought for me and my children and had never seen them befor. Mine was loose not in the pack like them and I'm not even sure what year it was tbh. Great purchase none the less. Make youbwonder who sold that. Lol

Holy Toledo! Oh Christopher, i bet your having to show great restraint to not blow your wages on these things. Some real treasures there. Iv been trying to get hold of that 2009 definitive set but they are so expensive. I am lucky enough to have a 2009 circulated kew though!

I also love that picture on the front of the '97 set. I can just imagine someone saying to him, "right, Clive, we need 25 million Benji's today" 😂 It's interesting that no commemorative 50ps were produced in 2002. That and 2021. Even the Dictionary 50p looks awesome in BUNC. 👍 Very cool video.

Was the Cycling 50p silver? It's a strange series because they weren't silver proofs but silver BUNCs I believe. And even the carded base metal coins weren't struck to BUNC standard.
It is honestly so satisfying to see the shininess of uncirculated coins, especially the old round pound - which I didn’t even know there was a shiny edition to it - and the abolition of the slave trade £2.
When i was a kid many years ago, if i managed to get 50p from my mum and go to the sweet shop, i could get absolutely nothing. £1 was the magic number i needed to get what i wanted.
