Because of your initial post for this, I have been using the Refine 3600 for a few weeks now, with great results. Definitely a worthy and unique proposition in photobiomodulation. Even my kitties look forward to having their daily 'pet' preset session 😺

I've been looking for a true full body panel and was hesitantly leaning towards to the $$ mitored adapt mega. Looks like the rojo just jumped to the front of the pack in function and definitely price!

Instead of using a specific mode like for fat loss, muscle recovery etc why wouldn't you just use all the wavelengths at once getting the benefit of the different modes? Are the wavelengths set to be more concentrated and higher power for each specific mode?
I’m here because I have the same question. I’ve ordered one, but not sure of the best way to use it if you want to address multiple issues. Hope you get a response.
Same question for me. Feels like more of a marketing thing than something functionally useful.
It looks like you can manually set all frequencies to maximum. The presets are there to target specific needs. Let's not forget that red light is a form of radiation. You probably don't want to expose yourself constantly to a type of radiation that you don't need at the time.

The smart modes are new and unique. As I mentioned, I believe this is a great start in the right direction, but dosing still has many unknowns.

Been looking for a company to replace Platinum LED therapy. I hope you guys never have encounter issues! Rojo looks promising and hopefully decent people behind their customer service
I ordered a sauna max pro panel from them at the end of January and the shipping date has been pushed back and back and back. I still don't have it - new date is May 3. Is the service really bad after you get it? They shipped the stand the first week so I am stuck with that (husband unboxed and tossed the box) but I am tempted to call it and cancel the order at this point (and just eat the cost of the stand - maybe make art deco out of it).

Hey, oh nice work! Look this q is WAYYY above my pay grade, and you should talk to your doctor as this stuff is serious. I'd also look into the work that Dr Lim and his team at Vielight are doing around brain function. Otherwise just run the panel in standard mode and see how you feel.

I think they are both good panels, and you would see benefits from using either!
can you recommend what would you choose, dual led chip or single chip? Dual led chip has better distribution of of light wavelengths, but single chip is more powerful, but you have only 1 Wavelength per diode.
Yeah I don't really know tbh - they both have permit.
Alex I have biomax 900 2 years old now still love them but I have a question about these and all panels that allow you to change power setting. Have you tried to see how accurate the intensity is when you turn it down 30 percent or 50 percent or whatever you choose? Thanks for all you do.

I wanted this but their customer care is veer slow to respond. I requested if they can also send power cord for India at 220 V but they asked me to get it from outside. Block blue light said they can include these in my order. So, i decided to go with Block Blue.

Yeah it will be fine, they are designed to work on 110-220v

Last year, I was about to buy one from England but the duties are insane.

Dear Alex, all these devices use LED, instead of lasers.
Do you happen to know if there is a device with lasers instead of LED?
All the studies show Laser is best to penetrate deep tissue and is more expensive.
LED is just a colored light bulb. Its cheap and doesn't provide that much benefit as laser does.

hi Peter. All our Refine models have the exact same features. The difference is in the surface area of the panel and the number of LEDs per panel.

Yeah the features are the same across all sizes. If you want more coverage, then get the bigger panel.

So if you were to isolate one wavelength or let’s just say for example just run the 660 and 850 and turn off all the others. Does this mean it would be running at 50% red power and 33% nir power?
You can't direct unused energy from one wavelength to another.
Is it noisy? Compared to block blue light which one is quieter?
Both are relatively quiet.

Yes you can target this area of your body with a smaller panel such as our refine 180.
someone told me, that on the Mito Red Light Adapt panel, you can up the default 25% dedicated to 810nm to a 50% of its total panel and leds power dedicated to 810nm, is that accurate? if true, that is a great feature but I'm in doubt.
Can this Rojo panel do the same? can you turn off other wavelenghts and then derive that power to increase that 17% of 810nm to let's say 30% o more? just checking because I'm a noob, and I'm still learning, but the Rojo seems like a good option for me

Sorry you cannot transfer the unused % of one wavelength across to boost another wavelength.

That's the issue with this panel. It's a scam!! Why have modes when all the wavelength have a max setting. Just leave all on to benefit from all. If power was transfer to make one wavelength stronger then that's a different story.
As of now, I do not believe you can dedicate more power to a particular wavelength. Just control what wavelengths you use.

I contacted the company by email and never got back my answers, so they responsiveness was rather not good. Then I called with a question of they FDA approval and ability to use FSA. I had to leave a message, then a person called me back and couldn't answer my questions about any nationality approval for medical equipment. She suppose to get back to me and never happened. What raised my suspicion was she said the panels are shipped and made in China not New Zealand. So now the question is if we buying China panel or New Zealand. And if regulation ( 0 to 100%) of wavelength power is actually accurate. I was hoping for answers for those new technology features in your video since I have no way to check.

Testing - yes this is always a risk, though my testing is usually pretty accurate.

Yes, evidently they don’t accept Discover cards. They should let the consumer know that.

I’d never heard of them but I’m in Ontario and the panel features so seem nice. A bit more expensive than the rojo even landed to Canada. I wouldn’t say he’s biased, I find he’s very factual, just that he concentrates on panels more available in specific markets (us, countries near him). Essentially, we need a Canadian Alex ! I wish there was more feedback for this panel online, aside from their website, not many reviews

Me too. I wish I would have waited for the big boy 3600 from Rojo to get back in stock. (But to be fair I have had some great results in a short amount of time, so I will focus on that.)
Haha - this is modern life though right, new products are released every month, as soon as you buy something it seems that a new and improved version is announced!
Just got mine. The app is a joke. There seems to be no communication back from the panel. When my phone screen locks during a session, the timer stops until the app is opened again. This way I would rather have a physical remote than an app that does nothing more. The custom modes cannot named. The wave lengths used in each mode cannot be seen in the app. Had to refer to the printed manual.
The door hook is not suitable for European doors.

BioMax900 2024 is better in it's performance, wavelength, and cost. why in this new video 2024 you are comparing it to BioMax900 from 2021?
The Rojo is much cheaper in EU at least.

I actually filmed this video in 2023! I had to hold back publishing it because Rojo didn't have stock!! So yes it's actually a little outdated. Sorry brother but you have me all over the place. Just spent $5,500 on platinum LED BIO 900 8th Gen full setup. Between this and other brands you keep showcasing and affiliated with I just ended up cancelling my Platinum LED order.
Watching your videos I realize that mostly every panel you demo is considered the best, until you get your next affiliation. With all these emerging panels I don’t know when I’ll ever order my ultimate RLT setup.
Hey, I'm sorry for any stress I may have caused. I have been affiliated with Rojo for 2 years now, and their parent company Sun Stream Sauna 5 or 6 years.
The Rojo Refine is a new panel - hence the review dropping. I just wanted to share that with you.
As for what panel to go with, honestly - they're all great. The differences between these top tier panels are really quite minor. Remember, I had great results with a first Gen Joov solo many years ago. That had no screen, no timer, only 2 wavelengths, low power output, a heap of EMF and sound and it was quite expensive. But if thats all I had access too today, I'd still use it.
Now the Biomax did win my 2024 panel comparision - ruclips.net/video/FFCrl11AIbY/видео.html - Rojo Refine got 3rd in that series. So based on these results the Biomax is the better panel. But some will disagree, and some will prefer the Rojo over the Biomax for various reasons.
I personally use 6th gen Biomax panels at home. Even though I have all of these other panels.
What I'm saying is you can't really go wrong - all 17 panels in that series above are going to work. Yes some are better than others, yes there are unique features, and yes some are better priced than others. But don't overcomplicate things - just get a panel and start benefiting from it :)
Perfect is the enemy of good. That biomax set up would be amazing. A rojo setup would also be amazing. Any of his top ten really, amazing. But next year, or years after, they’ll all be dated. So you have to start somewhere, and know perfect isn’t possible, and you’re missing out in the mean time while chasing perfect! Best of luck with your choice!!

Hey Alex, thanks to this video, I've just ordered one of these in the UK....how did you get into all this work with red light therapy ? just an interest ? would be good to know. I'm also now going to buy an infraredi micro for easy access etc. cheers Rolf
