Love the clean design. What year was this property done? Planning to do the same on some of our properties in Cebu. 8. 5M clean yung expense? So approximately 25-27k/ sqm ?

Thank you sir, It was done in 2022 and fully operational now. 27k per sqm for the construction cost here in province of tarlac.
