I’m a husband with hearing loss… she can hear you just fine, dude. She’s just ignoring you on purpose lol In all seriousness though I have a set for myself, my wife, and each of my daughters (except for the baby) and I put the gel cups on all of them too. Everybody loves them. I gave a set to my dad when we were deer hunting this year and it was amazing. The year prior I had to let a doe go because I didn’t know exactly where my dad was and I didn’t want to shoot in his direction
Do you remember where you got them? I think Amazon sells the old models without the reinforced microphone arm and a lot of people have had those break.
@1:37 The wire at the top is pinched under the Walkie. Remove the top piece, slide the wire between the "U" shape at the top of the removable piece, then reattach. :D
Hello Sr I just got my walkie-talkie in and I was wondering how do you sync it with hand healed two way radios or only works with another razor attachments thanks for the video very helpful
Instructions that came with it were poor at best, so made the fatal mistake of not trying them out until the night before the hunt. Dumb, dumb dumb. Anyway your video explained quite a bit, so thanks.
When the muff cuts for gunshots, does this walkie talkie continue to transmit? I ask becasue...When on the range, conversations with electronic muffs can be tough with the muff cutting the conversation along with gunshots.
Cool add on W.T., very smart design too! Do these operate on any kind of GMRS / FRS channel, So you can communicate with those public radios? Or is it some proprietary channels, that only communicate with their Walkers radios?
The sound enters through the audio jack. I'm not familiar with the Quads but, from the pics that I've seen they don't appear to have an audio jack. Also the contour appears to be different than the Razors. The walkie attachment fits very snug to the Razor's contours.
If you're wondering if they fit under a Mich 2000 helmet ? Yes ! But you have to take out the ear pad on the helmet ! O the love of having kids , teaching them to survive ..! She is good !?
I got these for my wife and I. She has hearing loss from the
Military so hopefully with these she will be able to hear me.

It only cuts out the gun shots. Conversation still come through. Thanks for watching
how do i get my friend to join on a beofang?
Cool add on W.T., very smart design too!
Do these operate on any kind of GMRS / FRS channel, So you can communicate with those public radios? Or is it some proprietary channels, that only communicate with their Walkers radios?
They will work with others as well, not propriety. I tryed them with some older Motorolas and they worked fine.
@@n8sguntalk Good to know! Thanks.
Can you hear transmissions through both ears?
Yes
How does walkie talkie sound enter the muffs? And why would not work on Quads version?

So if you have on voice activation and shoot at the same time does it pickup the gun sound ?
Yes, if you are actively talking and shoot the sound of the shot will be transmitted as well.
@@n8sguntalk of course, what if you're not talking will the gun sound activate the walkie ?
@@lalalala3968 no it will not
@@n8sguntalk awesome
Nice channel, just found ya and subbed
Thanks, I appreciate it
Any issues with the folding mic? Heard some reviews about them breaking easy.
Haven't had any problems personally.
@@n8sguntalk great. Thanks for the quick reply.
Do they work with Motorola radios?
Yes
With these being set on vox mode will gunfire sounds cause them to transmit
If they are on there more sensitive setting it will some times. Thanks for watching.

The intro😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
That is handy👍🇺🇸
Do they communicate with Baofeng radios?
Can't say. Havent tried with those.
I can't see why not. Most baofengs have a really wide range
U from texas right??
Alabama
Any follow up thoughts after several monthsnof use? Greatly appreciated.
Havent used them a ton but they are still working well. Thanks for watching.
what's the frequency range?
I've tried them to 1.5 miles
I've tried them to 1.5 miles
They’re FRS
Can they be mounted on the right ear muff for people that shoot left handed or do they not get in the way like some thicker ear muffs do?
They can only mount on the left side. I'm a fairly ambidextrous shooter and I haven't had a problem shooting left handed. Thanks for watching
No, They are not ambidextrous. If you flip the muffs to right side the mic will be facing backwards.
