Thanks for the set up on on Toslink. I have the tosblue-y because it would take to headsets. However, my plan was to run the currently connected samsung sound bar.(also have the samsung smart tv with a bt option.) So the toslink paired easily with my ma650 wireless headphones, no issues with sound/voice matching. But my question is can the soundbar be used as well while i am using headphones with a volume control and others can hear at there chosen volume. Is the a splitter for the digital audio out (optical) available?, or is it not possible to use the soundbar since as you know it requires the same connection.
Is there a wireless earbud set that would allow that

Good question. It probably depends on your TV. I haven't tried as I currently use the built in speaker which of course works fine even when the external output is active _but_ I am using the analog output since I had problems with the digital audio creating lag to my BT devices. I don't if a digital audio splitter would work as i haven't tried one yet but you might find that the audio is out of synch with your sound bar. If I find anything one way or the other I'll update this and if you figure it out please let us know.

You need either a 3.5mm jack or an optical audio output. If you don't have either of those this may not work for you.

Good video can I ask you a question..i have a smart tv sony bravia..i force closed the Bluetooth app and also cleared data now it won't work keeps saying my Bluetooth is not available any advice would be good tried to figure it out but no joy..thanks

Only one problem, I have a Samsung QN32Q60AAFXZA that only has a Toslink jack & no RCA ports! I wasted 85 dollars on headphones I didn't need!

I’m wanting to place a small Bluetooth speaker next to my recliner. My tv is far away from me and I have to turn it up loud which bothers my wife. My question is will the tv speakers still work for them while I listen through the Bluetooth speaker

I can’t speak for every model but with my Samsung smart TV it does. I can adjust both volumes independently.
