    Puliyogare Gojju(masala) and making of Puliyogare
    Ingradients
    For masala powder
    One spoon Chana Dal, one spoon Urad dal, 6 to 7 Guntur chillies, 3 to 4 Byadagi chillies, 6 spoons of Coriander seeds, Cumin seeds 2 spoons, 2 spoons of Black pepper, 1/2 to 3/4 spoon Fenugreek, 1/4 spoon Mustard, 4 spoons white Sesame seeds ( you can use Black Sesame seeds also), Asafetida, turmeric powder, Jaggery, Tamarind paste, oil 2 big spoons, Curry leaves, Dry coconut (grated) ,
    Chana dal, urad dal, mustard, Groundnut, Cashew nuts, oil for tadka
