You can easily do this at home, as well... just buy a variety of meats and slice them ahead of time. A cast iron hibachi grill is commonly available at sporting goods stores. They are small, efficient, and fit on a table top (make sure you do it outside) -- also great for road trips/beach meals.

When a grill is low on gas, it will be cold... even if you turn the heat to maximum. The staff failed to monitor the fuel level, and should never let it become low, due to food safety precautions (raw meat can be dangerous).

When I was a little girl in school, kids made fun of my eyes and called me "Chinese eyes" "Chinese girl" they were too ignorant to know I'm half Native American and half European. I would always get asked "What are you?" 😆 At any rate, I found myself very interested in Chinese and Asian culture. And always wondered, if I ever travelled to China or Japan, would they ask me "what are you?" As well. Or would they see me as one of them. Fascinating. I LOVE your RUclips channel. Excellent video, as always. Looks like a great place to eat. But I will say this: Asians are so polite. If someone from the US went to a restaurant and they couldn’t finish cooking their food on time due to the fault of the grill (and so the fault of the restaurant) there is no way in Hell they would pay extra to finish. It’s one thing if you’re slow to eat or cook and entirely another if the equipment is faulty. I agree checking to make sure it is working properly before you start is a good idea, however when you get right down to it…that is not the customer’s responsibility. The restaurant staff should be checking that everyday or night when they clean up the grills.
    IJSaying…. 😊
Meantime, thank you for sharing your adventures with us…I absolutely love your videos. Especially in the tough times…which is something that is going on with me right now as I watch from acute care rehab while recovering from a month long hospitalization due to a flesh eating bacterial infection. So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you. It’s is much appreciated!!! ✌🏻🥰😁

I already feel most of the burners in these places aren't hot enough to truly grill but it's also not safe for food safety reasons to let it be that low.
