Hey, I really appreciate your videos. You bring a different energy and articulate your tips and strategies in a way that is easy to replicate. I play soley recreationally with my friends and am now stomping them after practicing and mentally drilling your tips into my brain. Thanks a bunch!

Hi Tanner, I'm a beginner and really struggle with knowing what to do when my partner returns and DOES NOT run to kitchen, either because they don't know better or playing defense after popping it up. Should I stay back and hang with them until we get a good reset, or do I just gun it for the kitchen and aggressively poach balls when possible until they meet me at kitchen line? This keeps happening in both open play and league. Thanks

Always go to the net! They are unaware of very basic strategy, you should ALWAYS run to the line!!

You are correct. There is zero dinking at the lower level, and it's frustrating. Lots of hard drives off the court and smashes into the net. Sigh...

Yep that’s how it goes sadly!

Once you get good at defense at the kitchen you'll smash those people who never drop shot. They'll eventually hit it too high and you'll be able to crush it.
