@@TheCoffeeBushKid Cheers Andrew, much appreciated, hope you’re well & the heat isn’t causing too many issues, best wishes all the way from a chilly Blighty 🇬🇧
Nice few hours out Mark I really enjoyed it, well done on the sixpence and others finds. The blooper at the end was funny lol. Hope you had a nice Christmas day with your family.
Good vid as always when your on the beach what makes you pick that spot to MD or do you just go anywhere you feel . Plus are there any spots-to look for when your on the beach before you start , my beach in Somerset is just sand and mud and it’s flat any help will do all the best and a very happy new year to you Keith
If there’s been a storm I always look for a cut, or a big change in the landscape it’s normally the best area to check, I also look at where people have likely sat by the ground disturbance or by cans & bottles left in a particular area, I will also do a general search zig zagging & finding a line where stuff sinks, I’ll also do the line where the sand or shingle finishes before it shows ripples or black sand. Hope this helps BUT remember not all beaches are the same! During the summer I like dry & semi wet sand
@keithlee2613 no worries, when I get to a beach again I’ll do that! Videos due up until 2nd are a backlog hoping to get out next week but tides aren’t in my favour so maybe a couple of weeks? Thanks for watching, in this video I did show the drop in sand and cut to give an idea 🙂 I’ll check my old unedited footage as well to see if I’ve taken any footage to show the areas of interest as well, there is also a useful book or series of books that would help you as well, if you use my affiliate link with LP you’d get 10% off as well the books are called “Reading Beaches, Reading Land & Reading Tidal Rivers” good set of books currently £7.65 each with Boxing Day discount 😃
Boom let's go let's go treasure and adventure ✌👵
