Find a good server and then hide. Atleast that's what I usually do and sometimes it works, sometimes not, it's better if you have friends with you so they can fill up the server and then leave.
Can't make it any more since shrine was nerf'd but here are a stats 1 - strength 100 - fort 1 - agility 100 - willpower 1 or 0 - charisma 1 - Heavy (race points don't count) shrine of order and fix up the stats
