      Happy to help! These were the days of traditional karate. At the time we were attempting to bring in styles from all different arts so they could share knowledge

    how do you know a casual ? a casual will see this and call it bs BUT all of it is bs unless you put it into practice in other words you need to SPAR if Karate was bs then we wouldn't have champions in mma like Machida and Wonder Boy it's never the style it's the practitioner of the style , if the martial artist sucks at his style don't blame the style , it's like sucking at guitar and you blame the guitar

    I wonder what turned these once respectable martial artists (including Steven Seagal) into the laughing stock they are today? 🤔

      marketing? Steven Seagal no matter what people say was once a bad ass. I had a friend who worked out with him. He could throw you like you land on a pillow and crash you like you are falling on concrete
