I would like to see more grills with at least 40" inches or larger of cooking surface.

You didn't explain why the hood was 3" taller up front where handle is mounted. What is the difference between this Evolution grill and the prior series 7 "Traditional" model? Is the hood double insulated? What is your warranty and how does the company handle warranty issues? Are the grill flare ups handled better than prior model? Are components 304 stainless and how does DCS handle rust complaints? What are the options for this grill? Can the smoker burner be replaced with DCS tubular burner for more grill real estate? How are the grill lights powered - battery or AC? How does this grill perform when searing meats? Thanks.
