I would like to see more grills with at least 40" inches or larger of cooking surface.

Is this the older "Traditional series 7" 36?" Seems like you have some room to grill with the 36."
You didn't explain why the hood was 3" taller up front where handle is mounted. What is the difference between this Evolution grill and the prior series 7 "Traditional" model? Is the hood double insulated? What is your warranty and how does the company handle warranty issues? Are the grill flare ups handled better than prior model? Are components 304 stainless and how does DCS handle rust complaints? What are the options for this grill? Can the smoker burner be replaced with DCS tubular burner for more grill real estate? How are the grill lights powered - battery or AC? How does this grill perform when searing meats? Thanks.
Uhhmm where the temperature gauge on the hood?
This is an older version of the DCS (3+ years old) when they used to not have temperature gauges on the hood. Now all DCS grills have temperature gauges including the brand new 9 series that we just did an in-depth overview of: ruclips.net/video/G8isjCfXS3w/видео.html
I really like your method of using the infrared burner. Great video
Love my DCS 36" natural gas built in but hate the grids. Replaced them with a full set (6 piece) from Grill Grates. Made a huge difference for me.
I should note I have propane not natural gas.
My Dcs can't get over 600 degrees on high. I wonder what my problem is.thanks for your vid.
