Man you are amazing! Short, to the point, highest yield points. I wish I found out about your channel earlier, my exam is in a week and I will binge watch these videos whenever possible. Huge respect!
What is the mechanism of the triple bubble sign in a jejunum, ileal, colonic atresia? Ive heard of the apple peel sign of the terminal ileum but thats a new one for me
Classically secondary to an intrauterine vascular accident leading to disrupted blood flow to the fetus small bowel. This has a tendency to a affect areas like the proximal jejunum leading to atresia. The areas of atresia can lead to stenosis and proximal dilation giving you the triple bubble sign. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK557400/
Hey! I made them private because I realized they contained quite a bit of images from First Aid 2020 and I did not want to upset the editors of the book. Instead, I started this playlist so I can still give the same detailed explanations using original content. I truly want to help all of my subscribers succeed anyway that I can and so I felt terrible taking them down, especially because they had such a good response. I hope you can understand, and I promise I will cover many of the most important topics in that video throughout this playlist.

Hi, thanks for the videos! I was watching a biochem video and just discovered that it is now private. How can I access it?
