I have delayed uploading my RPRF receipt (PR application- additional requested document) to my IRCC secure account by 15 days and the status turned to OVERDUE. Does this cause my PR application to be rejected.
Rest of the documents were uploaded correctly and no additional documents were requested other than RPRF receipt.
With passing of Bill C-19 last year, IRCC just informed everyone that it will start category-based selections of the following six groups:
1) French language proficiency (CLB 7 to pass)
2) Health care occupations (35)
3) STEM occupations (24)
4) Trade occupations (10)
5) Transport occupations (9)
6) Agriculture and agri-food occupations (3)
This makes CRS score less important. If you are in the above categories, just file Express Entry even if your CRS score is low.

I am not an expert bro but would recommend you to register your courses because there is an incident where students were returned back from Delhi Airport because of not registering courses and not having genuine information about their studies. Moreover, their visas got deactivated after that which means they can't travel to canada on that visa.

I mean, why are they lowering the eligibility criteria? There are millions of students there already and I know there is room for many at the present but shouldn't they be focusing on quality students? Which country makes their elegiblity criteria further lower? Guess they are doing this on purpose as international students pay 3x the fees as compared to a citizen also they need labours to run their country and that's what makes us desi students stuck in a never ending cycle of working in an odd job to get pr 🙄

After 10th August 2023, IRCC will take PTE Academic overall score of 60 as pass. You need to do the test in person. Test is only valid for 2 years.

LMIA is supposed to take about 1 month. Successfully rate depends on the local job market. If no Canadians or PRs apply for the job, LMIA will be approved.
