the scene with the old deaf couple is one of my favorite--very sweet--and i think this was the point in the film when they fell in love with each other.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this movie. Of course I watched it for David Tennant ... but Kelly MacDonald is so great too. And yes, it has become a part of my permanent "go-to" collection, along with Love Actually and The Holiday. David is the best.
I love love LOVE David Tennant! I really love his accent, and I could listen to him talk all day. I love the way he says "schedule" at 4:22. I have to admit I had a serious fangirl moment at that point.
I was slightly amused that the movie was set in Scotland and David is cast as an English lad. =P Would've been nice to hear him use his natural accent though

Oh God, how beautiful he is! Everything about David is great: his voice and charming appearance, and his openness and kindness. Scotland gave the world a GREAT ACTOR and Man. But how many wonderful roles he could still play! For example, the best Russian directors in psychological and romantic films. Alas! How fleeting life is. But David Tennant is still beautiful, with great talent and experience. His Casanova, Crowley, Richard and Hamlet and even 10 Doctor will be included in the classics of world cinema + thousands of fan videos with him (and if the latter had Russian voice acting, there would be millions of views).
I've actually seen Detroit decoy bride sir David Tennant smack upside his head again that's not the only person I wanted to smack upside the head I did not like that girl at all nuts and Elites Katie I'm talking about James's current fiance Subaru Wells abrasive and loud and just Frenchie Maxime dirtiest thing cringy Millworks got on my nerves
