For example the 0 calorie sprays are the same calories as the oils they just jack up the serving size to like 200 and anything under 5 cals they’re allowed to say it’s 0. So companies jack up the serving size to make the serving under 5 then call it 0

I lost quite a bit and all I did was start walking... I typically hit 3.5 hours or around 25-26k steps and could be more depending on what I'm doing while waiting between walks. I consistently burn 800+ calories including 2 strength training days and 1 day towards power.

Great vid man first time on the channel and earned my sub. I'm wondering how do I find out how many calories I burn in a day in order to know how many calories I should eat to be in a deficit? Right now I eat about 2k cals/day and work out just about every day for an hour either strength or cardio and play quite a bit of pickup bball but im wondering if i should eat less than that.
so what if i dont consume any unhealthy carbs , i dont eat bread or avocados, dont eat any candy , and havent for months but still am chubby, i go to the gym and take 2 rest days every week

Few options: 1) find a weekend job or yard chores that can get you around 10-20£$ a week. Then buy rice, oats, protein powder, multi pack chicken breasts, Greek yogurt, vegetables, toast, peanut butter. You get the vibe. Large packs where it’ll take you weeks to get through the entire box of oats or tub of Greek yogurt or sack of rice. These are cheaper and more essential. 2) if gym membership is expensive -> look into body weight exercises. Bands. Workout at a public park where you have those Callisthenic bars. Look into callisthenics itself. 3) know that u are Fortunate that you are still a teenager. A lot of progress can be made in ur teens. A few hrs a week of body weight training compounded over months and years is better than doing nothing and waiting to be old enough to pay for your own meals and gym membership. Doing something is better than doing nothing. 4) enjoy the process. Given your situation, your journey and progress will be more meaningful and satisfying to accomplish against all odds. Embrace the tough situation u are in and make the most out of it. Hustle through. Work hard. Earn some side cash where u can buy the essentials (don’t get swayed by fancy protein snacks or luxuries) focus on the bare bone essentials and that’s all you need. The fact that u want to do something about it is all that matters. Good luck brother.
