I recently ordered a bale from them too (I haven't received yet) but I chose this company as they send out the bales they receive for their stores, without going through first. Granted I'm trusting that what they say is true but they seem like a decent company, from what I've read of them.

@@CarBoot_Chris I decided to go through as soon as I got the 50kg branded sweatshirts/hoodies for £300. My initial thought is that I prob won’t do that particular bale again, though it depends how well things sell, I suppose.
It required a thorough processing as many did contain marks and damage.
12 were only suitable as scrap fabric
12 I wouldn’t consider high enough quality to be worth re-selling online but should be ok for the donation pile
79 seem good enough to do something with.
Of these 79, I picked out 30 to sell solo but most not really worth more than 10-15 from an initial check (5-10 profit, if they sell). The rest are USA school, college, work, local sports, and club sweatshirts & hoodies. I don’t know enough about the popularity of these to know what to do with them yet but considering selling them as processed size bundles (damaged & heavily stained items removed) but sell just to cover cost per item & lot fee.
These bales, as you also noted, can’t really be sold as single items without first washing them at the very least. Some have definitely needed some stain remover.

Bought a 90's Branded Shorts Bale from this crew for 150 in the same sale. About 10% were 90's. Got in touch and asked if this was correct as the bale label said branded shorts not 90's branded shorts. They said the label was wrong and it was the 90's stuff. Only option was to return them which I would have to cover the postage at probably 20+ (plus the hassle involved). I replied saying it was misleading advertising, no reply. Ended up keeping them and taking it as a lesson learnt, that lesson being avoid in future.
