Lovely property, lovely place. Who would have thought, just off North End Road too. I would say 25 minutes to Heathrow would be pushing it, but at £3.4m you probably have your own helicopter. I see it was reduced on Rightmove with another in the development at £4.4m, so it is quite a snip. Amazing lifestyle. Thanks.
So basically the quintessential London 'luxury' property: a house which anywhere else would go for less than a million, neighbouring North End Rd which has some of that Third World charm.
Great video. Success depends on the amount of hard work and risk you take. Regardless of so many financial challenges..$172k monthly returns,a life transforming occurrence after past struggles.
Giving her my initial savings of $43,000 to invest in a brokerage account was a turning point in my life. It's been an incredibly rewarding experience and the best decision I ever made!
Impressive! Been trying to trade on my own for a while now, but it isn't going well. few months ago I lost about $27,000 in the trade. Can you please at least advise me on what to do?
Congratulations on a fantastic presentation. Truly cinematic.
Great, detailed video featuring a beautiful home. Thanks for sharing!
One charming and sleek property I see after months 👍
Modern. Private/secured. My parking question was answered.😁Beautiful interiors.👍🏽✌🏽
Nice town house. But looking at the development there may well be a hefty monthly chargeable service charge to maintain the communal grounds.
5 Bedroom Terraced House on Rainsborough Square sold for £4.75mil and the service charge was £12K a year
Love the property and the development. I think I would have extended the basement patio area to the end of the boundary though.
Lovely property, lovely place.

25 mins to Heathrow at 4am on a Ducati 900cc and not catching any red lights🚦 😂😂😂
£3.4 million is hardly helicopter money. £34 million, maybe, but not £3.4 million 🙄
Nice. If I have money, I will buy it😛😛😛 The only thing missing is a pool.

Right near Stamford Bridge brilliant
Me gusta esa terraza flanqueada por las 45 ventanas de las casas vecinas. Da la sensación de ofrecer mucha privacidad.
For 3.4m it’d have to be a fully detached property
Moved out of London years ago to a village in the countryside …..I would never go back.
Ms. Class 👍 👍
En español, fantástico :)
Why no bidets
Won't find any tents around that area!
Very cheap for the location ….beautiful house
5:41 nice shot there❤
£3.4m? Hmm!
Do people with millions really buy townhouses?
London is overrated
What ever she says its a lie 😂😂trust me,all she cares its yr cash boy cash only

wer hat diese Mutti als Entertainer bestellt?
Fantastic location until you have to leave your gated community and are then hit with the full horrors of Londonistan! 🫣🥴🤒
