I am on a fixed income ,retired 3 years ago. I want to downsize from 4/2 to 2/2. Found a cute home in Foley, 2/2 with attach garage, and someone beat me to it 😞This would have been perfect for me. There will always be jobs that pay $7-12 an hour no matter where you go but the reality is, homes aren’t just going to buy themselves. In this market, people are making it happen because opportunities are out there! I would say just have your realtor in Wisconsin contact these realtors in Alabama and I'm sure they will find a perfect house for your budget.
