I think that people who get angry at animals have issues. Animals make people better and bring so much joy. I guess I miss my little rot mix. Had to put her down 6 years ago because of cancer and I miss her to this day. Animal people know what I mean.

Depending on what rules each subway system has, the fact that the dog was on a lead, may well be all that he needed to do. Not to mention, the dog was not doing anything but standing there.

he did own it, but they reduced his property in court in order to get the construction finished without him having anything to say, really it was abuse of power that struck him in both situations and i feel bad for him, those constructors was being dickheads the entire time and laughing at him while trying to get him frustrated to begin with.
the judge was probably a friend of the guy owning the construction company, that's how it usually is anyways.

As a former grocery store customer service rep, I can tell you I’ve gotten yelled at for people’s cards getting declined….
