I once had a coworker who was from Vietnam. He wanted to buy a new Ford Ranger, but his wife would not let him buy an American vehicle, so he bought a Mazda B4000 instead. No matter where you looked the tags on the parts had Ford logos on them. He got what he wanted and his wife never knew the difference.
It’s so easy for you guys to get out of control having fun. I’m glad the boss, the voice of reason, was along.
Okay I have to say this. I've held it in long enough. DEMRI is the purdiest boss I ever seen. Makes the video more worth watching. 😊❤
I agree.
She sure looks good behind the wheel of everything she gets to drive.
Easy boys!!!
@@kennethbrown8723 no disrespect intended.
Another successful recovery again always great to see the boss working keeping you boys in line👍🏽👍🏽🇺🇸
Kinda want to see demri do more recoverys 👍
It’s great to see Demri more involved in these recoveries!
Haha… Hillbilly often says things that don’t make sense, but that’s part of his charm. Keep being you Hillbilly!
HillBilly needs a tow truck too, and you could call it the "Tow-Billy"!
Let Hillbilly take over the direction of King Fred & let Robby do an LS swapped square body chebby wrecker!
Another score for HillBilly!
Mixing high octane with lower octane gas in an engine not designed to burn higher-octane fuel can cause a reduction in performance and fuel economy. Newer cars with computers can adjust to different octanes but if it doesn't run right with the recommended octane, then best to have it checked and prevent other problems.
umm...octane is only a function of what compression causes self ignition. An old engine cannot accomplish that. Most value of higher octane fuels (at the pump) can be in the additives included by that branded station. Love you though! @@carlu-dovica
I ran 87 in my 305 in NoDak because it created more heat and I got warm easier. Higher octane took longer to heat my engine in the cold.
@@brockryan3405 You are talking additives, and I'm talking gas as of the 1985 ban on leaded gas. Nobody was using additives. Robby should have let HillBilly explain why he objected to using a higher octane. Higher octane gas is for higher performance engines.
Love the addition of local food reviews! As you guys seem to dine out, your reviews would help visitors patronize the good ones!
Dermi is awesome. In every video video. Just so happy go lucky I love it everyone keep up the good work!!! And we missed the jokes this week from the little one
Great job and the Boss is getting some OJT. Hillbilly and Colten …kids at recess!
That truck could run into 50 more ditches and still be in better shape than the majority of the new trucks on the road, cool to watch her get some experience as well. Don’t ever sticker that truck keep it incognito
Let the Boss be da boss. She Nailed it . 😊
Some places require your tow trucks to be stickered/ company name on door and any not can't be on a job. It's Utah and matt's the only one I've seen with a sticker so who knows
@@SadPuppySoup you use a lot of authoritarian words, become ungovernable
There is a fine line between recovery and crash work. In most places (unsure of Utah) working what is considered to be an accident needs a registered tow truck, anything else doesn't. This would be an example of a job that dances on that line. @@SadPuppySoup
Yeah, easy for you to say; you ain't the one who will pay the fine and possibly lose their tow license for noncompliance, are you? @@eRevere85
Nice job! The Boss got some wrecker driving experience! And the lady got her truck rescued.....lunch always tastes good after a job well done!!
Great job Demri, Robbie just has too be in control. Enjoyable video as always.
Any video that features “The Boss” has my vote! Great recovery folks.
Glad you were able to help out that nice lady.
Great recovery guys....Dem dun dam good driving the King !!!.... great job by everyone !!... cam work superb!!
Shoe Goo glue does a great job of patching holes in rubber boots.
Good morning Robby and crew! Thanks for another great recovery and lunch video.
Everyone saying Robby is being mean to hillbilly has never had true friendship in there life yall need to calm down 😂
Right, just some friendly banter which makes for some fun.
I drove a 94 B4000 when I was in college, great truck. But everything from the radio to the block to the frame rails were all Ford stamped for sure.
Good morning in my opinion The lovely boss should be involved in more recoveries she did really well driving King Fred. She was a true natural
love the wife lol - she makes the channel so much better - God Bless all of you
I ate at Shalan's driving through and it was great. Definitely good to support the local businesses in the small towns.
I think that Maverick should adopt the slogan "Adventure's first stop, and adventure's last stop." Meaning you go there to get gas and snacks when you leave on an adventure, then you go there when you are headed home to get gas, and snacks for home. I think that Robby should be on the poster. (:
Sounds crazy but you might try to pull the heater fan and see if you have trash in it. I had that sound in one of my trucks that set for a minute and when I pulled it I had acorns etc. Looked like a mouse tried moving in at some point.
THIS is how you see those recovery videos of people that have been lost for 20 years, people lose control for whatever reason not paying attention whatever bad conditions and end up in the drink... thankfully that wasn't a deep canal full of water, I knew a guy who ended up in a canal the same width as his vehicle upside down, no way to open doors, sadly he didn't make it . .
Loved the time lapse part. Really don't need to explain every single detail 5 times.
Great recovery. Fun to see Demry in action finally YAY. She did good
Best looking tow truck driver I've ever seen.
Having Fun while doing a recovery makes the Job stress free 😊 19:36
Awesome to see the wife more involved. She did a great job. And! Lord she eat half that in one bite 😂😂😂😂😂
Awesome video! Great recovery 👍 Thank you for sharing!
Gee Rob. Matt, Paul and Colt had vehicles over clifts... You're pulling them out of a drainage ditch? Go Robby! Lol 😂
Demri is the cutest thing ever !
Love your videos bro. Just a tip - teach her how to use both feet when pulling like that. Stay on the brake and gas pedals at the same time, get your desired rpm and release brake just enough to creep forward. Itll prevent from the car swinging back and forth so hard. Anyways, nice recovery!!!!
13:35 Demri would benefit from the advice of using two feet. When in gear, use the gas to set the power(hold it) and release the brake to use it as you want to move. Rock crawlers do this all the time.
The Boss looks good in King Fred! 👍💪🤘 Great job!
Best looking tow truck driver west of the Mississippi.
Good driving Boss!!!
Demery looks as lovely as usual and did a nice job with the truck
I wish that I still had my old wrecker like yours !
WOW, OH MY GOSH!!! EXTREMELY INTENSE RECOVERY! ok not so much but good to see genuine kindness and a helping hand. My favorite part is to see someone do something good without having to have a pat on the back for it. Good job guys 💪
I think you just gave them a pat on the back. Hee hee.
Matt off-road just did one with about 10 people for a truck that was 150 feet down in the canyon with no tires. Good thing you had the Boss in there to make it interesting.😂
I'll say it again, Robby you are a fortunate man, Demri is a rare gem.
Demri the prettiest tow truck driver out there Hillbilly keep up the good work.
Nice recovery! You all worked good together!
that log cabin is beauitiful
Wonderful day for the LAYTON Team. The little old lady gets to come home from work and her truck is sitting in the driveway.
Great job!! Demri is getting good at this recovery business! 😀
The whole crew working like clockwork, and yeah, Demri is so ❤❤❤
Hill Billy’s home town…..that fills in a whole lot of blank sections…..
Roby the answer to if we want to go to lunch with you will always be, "If your buyin!" lol. Great job as always keep up the good work!
"She's got some damaged to the bed side" ha ha. Half of it's missing on the drivers side.
Great Job TEAM!!
Very smooth job 5 🌟 video I can hardly wait for the next recovery as always God bless y'all from Gaffney South Carolina viewer
Thanks Guys
What is Hillbilly’s first name? He deserves more respect. He’s not a good speaker but he’s definitely a good mechanic and very dependable!
I'm pretty sure it's Tyler they said it in a previous video, and I think that's what they said.
Hill.
He should be called BRONCO
I can understand Hillbilly. We all have a nickname. People that think they don’t have a nickname. Your nickname is what people call you when you aren’t around 💪🏼😎
Show those boys how it's done...... Great job 'the Boss'
Just love your enthusiasm. Stories are made of more than events it needs someone to tell it.
Robbie you are a great story teller.
Great job guys. Thank you 😊
Wish I ever had a boss that purty! You are a lucky man, Robby Layton.
1:25, my guess is your heater delete is a ballpoint pen stuck in on the fan shroud and the squirrel cage
Good job Demri. Good job everyone. Maybe next winter you all should think about getting a Sno Cat, just in case. 😅
Its about time Hillbilly's Trecker gets some drivetrain and locker mods. It seems to be the best vehicle on the show. I recommend 4.70's in the TC and a 20R head on a 22R with a Sniper 2300 or propane.
Glad to see Hillbilly is okay after that horrendous fall and explosion. 🤣
The boss is awesome. Great job jumping in!
Hey Robby Layton crew,
Looked like a bit of unnecessary shenanigans but the boss was there to witness it and nobody got fired, so great job crew.
Demari is going to make the boys look like amateurs with a little more seat time in Fred.
Robby, you have a tow truck, you need a pair of tow hooks with chains and maybe a spreader bar.
You can buy good hooks on line and you can build a spreader bar in your shop.
Demeri, Make Robby go get a new heater motor AND install it.
Take Care
Nice little recovery
Very nice job! Thank you for sharing
Thanks for making
Hey Robbie Fred deserves the Blue nozzle!!!
Should make a different hook point on the wrecker boom to hook the cable so it's not so close to the pulley and then no one will ever have to worry about getting a finger snagged.
Sick lunch invite Robbie.
Person doing Camera work on recovery good job.
Robby is channeling his inner Matt.☃️☃️🥶🥶
Robby: I'm sure a can find it with road map and sh....(this is a family friendly channel, quick! what do i do?) sh... tuff
Great as always!
Hillbilly might have been on to something with the 91 octane making the tow truck run funny because the computer has already adjusted itself to the 87 octane and changing it up could make the computer think and try adjusting it's parameters and during the process it could seem like the engine is running funny.
Another magical recovery of a Ford Ranger that identifies as a Mazda.
THERES THE GLASS HOUSE!!!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 love your videos ALMOST as much as I love your derby content. Keep on keepin on brother!
Wow three videos this morning on pulling a truck up a hill from Matt, Fab Rats, and Robby.
Hillbilly always fighting with his mouth for words is hilarious
Yes 👍
You guys are awesome! Thanks for helping me out 😀
It's amazes me how much street-cred that scar gives you, knowing how you actually got it.
Hillbilly polishes up real nice... 🙂
She has a cool little house!
Keep up the good work love watching you on RUclips god bless
It might be time for Demri to do some rock crawling when the winter ends!
I cannot wait to see more of Fred's rebirth.
The Bunny was in the road.🎉🎉🎉
Nice recovery and thanks for all the good you do 👍
Good job Demri ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
They did go 'over the river' but not 'through the woods'...unless you count the brush.?.They was a lucky stop, and it looked mostly gentle. When it's that cold of course you can expect some plastic damage when it noses into a ditch. That's like $50 at a salvage yard to fix,and I'm glad she was ok.
Good little job there guys and gal. Thanks for the video. I just noticed that you don't have any outside mirrors on Fred. What's with that?
Wow, I was impressed. You guys almost looked like you knew what you were doing. Then you reassured me right there at the end. Funny as always.
Thanks for sharing 😀👍
you need a spade on your underlift to anchor Fred while you are winching.
👏👏👏👏 good job Demeri
This is the music we tighten up with
Well done
