The video was of great help to me. I had doubt which Nomad strap, but I am happy with my choice after watching your video. I have the AW SS series 6 in silver and the Nomad stainless steel strap silver previous version. I agree, the connection of the strap to the watch is nicer on the V2. But I like the butterfly clasp and brushed silver colour of the V1 better. I personally find the V2 silver too shiny!!!
Those big squared lugs are what’s preventing me from getting a black V1 I found cheap. I like the rounded look of the watch, and have slim wrists, those lugs would make matters worse
The First version Stainless Steel black for sure! If you want the updated clasp and don’t mind a ultra light band for $100 USD more, I’d get the Aluminum. But in my opinion the “Legacy Stainless Steel” is the most bang for buck.
Not at all, other than the strong magnets, it has a clasp system as well. The magnets just make the clasp come together in a satisfying way. You have to press the side buttons on the clasp to unhook it.

Not true at all. The magnet / clasp is more secure than any metal band I’ve had. The quality is unmatched.
