Of course openable became useless, and the backfire mod is also a bit unrealistic because it makes every car backfire at all times lol. If you're adding skin packs, let's also add the ken block lore pack for racing purposes lol Other than that, it was actually a great list when that video came out!
It is unrealistic for the backfire to be on every car, real life cars like the toyota camry (default) doesn't do any backfires. Backfires are only on exhausts close to race exhausts.
Openable, back fire, brake glow all on the game now, the developers are doing an amazing job with the game

The winches, and the windshield look like good mods. Not sure if the headlights look like that now or not.

Well the openable feature is already in the game. Plus BeamNG is now evolving to a better side like AAA Title games.
I like the fact that the devs eventually ad some of these into the game like the the openable

The openable mod is still needed for your modded cars. But it is useless for vanilla Beamng vehicles.
I think the only useful one I would use is the interior cam mod and maybe the headlight mod
