- Released in 2013, the PS4 was the successor to Sony's previous console, the PS3. Even though the PS3 was a success, Sony did make some mistakes that ended up affecting sales in the long run. However, with PS4, they came out of the gate swinging! Amazing graphics, vastly improved online functionality, the ability to live stream & even capture screenshots & videos to share online, and a much easier architecture to develop for, the PS4 was just the comeback that Sony needed. The PS4 would go on to become the 2nd best selling PlayStation, just behind the mighty PS2.
Did you ever have a PS4? What kind of games did you enjoy?
The CoDWW2 special edition slim was my first PS4 and it’s still going strong. This may sound crazy, but I actually picked up a new slim when they showed up at Walmart several months ago-I couldn’t resist having a brand-new backup

Definitely! I like to wait on doing a video on my consoles until I have a good selection of games in my library to show. And as of now, I have....2 games for PS5 .😂
@@techtechboom9339 man, Sony is in bad shape when it comes to the PS five generation. they forgot everything they learned in the PS3 generation, history is repeating itself.
@@techtechboom9339 Jim Ryan is the worst right now, he’s not a game red heart, he’s only focused on business that’s it. i’m glad he’s leaving Sony because all of his decisions have been terrible.
Secondo me, una delle migliori console di tutti i tempi, ancora attuale e, anche se so di andare contro corrente, superiore a Playstation5. Se il mercato non avesse imposto un cambio generazionale del tutto non necessario, la Ps4 potrebbe ancora essere tranquillamente LA console da possedere e attorno alla quale costruire il proprio setup, affiancata a Switch e, magari, a una XBSS 😃
