It’s always fun to see the cruise ships come into town.
So cool to see this series, Nome is my Home town so I always really enjoy to see how anyone visiting runs around and explores Nome! So glad you got to see Emily and RAWR she does such amazing work here in the region! Thank you for putting a spotlight on Nome!

We did see about a dozen kids, yes! Usually in the covered pool most sea days!! :P
I bet Nome isn't turning the few cruise ships away. They're probably happy for the few visitors

After looking at your buys on the ship. Do you buy food/ drinks or something in these out of the way ports? I am liking this series.
We used to buy souvenirs most everywhere we went, but with as much as we travel these days, we're trying to minimize the "stuff" we collect and only bring back memories. But we usually at least try to grab a snack in a port, if we can. Perhaps a new clothing items or meaningful trinket. We were hoping for more berry-themed treats at the festival, but it's not really berry season just yet so that's understandable!! :P
Future Dee looks like she might have gotten a hair cut. Part of the fun of a month long cruise I assume.
Maybe just a different style, ha ha... no hair cut as of yet!! :P

Nobody is concerned with Jay's shirts and sock. If you watch regular they have meaning like embarkation and the socks are hilarious sometimes
Is HAL your favorite cruise line for an Alaska itinerary? We were thinking HAL or Celebrity for our first Alaskan cruise. What would you choose? Thanks!
Celebrity is our favorite overall for most anywhere other than Alaska, but Princess wins in our opinion for Alaska for sure!! :D
Did u try millonos?
Do HAL, NCL and Princess still allow multiple entrees, etc or is that no longer offered?
They've all got different rules these days, it seems. Some days on this cruise, we had two with no charge. We usually read the fine print on the menu because they usually have to disclose it on there!! :P
