ikr samsung ui is ahead of its time but people are used to ios and its engraved to their brain thats what magic apple does. I bought my first apple product 5days ago which is the iphone16 base model. ios doesnt have shortcut at all especially no back button. its hard to use it 1hand even though i bought the smallest model. im still trying to figure out apple eco system if its worth it.
I think this is not about apple trends, but this is about improvement too, why? Because apple now try to looks like android with customization and widgets, android try to add a good animation and optimal animation, about icons, samsung only have 2 similiar with ios, only setting and gallery, the other icon is not same like ios its totally different

The bigger battle for the smartphone manufacturers is to now 'poach' consumers from the other side. Switching from Apple to Samsung becomes easier when users feel familiar with minimal learning curve
Idk, I thought it other way. I thought it would be more beneficial for them. If more people buy Apple and they see it. It would be better for them to make the same changes, designs, and styles. So people can buy "a copy" of iPhone that is MUCH cheaper. Tbh, I am a Samsung user. I would like once to try to switch on apple. But I can't, because they are damn expensive. That's why I am glad that the 7 UI is coming out 😭

cant really compare processors thats a no brainer A18 is not bettter its way more exceptional than exynos i regularly play wuthering waves at 40fps on iphone 16 , it doesnt heat and consistent performance with great thermal management , exynos heats lke hell even on 60hz for light gaming forget about high graphic dont even think of it , battery drains way faster due to exynos after 5-6 months of usage if one plays light gaming , thats all , no use of 120hz when the processor is soo bad , the performance drop of exynos is exponential over 1 year of time period , my friend made a mistake of buying samsung with exynos , he should have bought samsung with snapdragon
I really like samsung, at the moment I'm using a galaxy a55. I think you get way more for the lower price. What annoys me is Google assistents/gemini compared to siri when it comes to basic tasks like "play Playlist xy on spotify". Also I'm missing "normal" earphones that are not in/over-ear but still able to listen for hey-google-commands. A Video comparison between google and ios assistant might be really interesting.

I kinda agree with you, goodlock opens a world of possibilities to customize your phone, but I agree a lot when he says "similar as iphone" because lets be honest Samsung really loves to copy some iOS features, the new widget, settings bar and the "dynamic island" features, we can't deny they are copying a lot of stuff. At the end I think OneUI is still better than iOS in terms of features and customization.

But for Oppo and Vivo I don't really know since I never owned one of these. Nowadays these companies copy each other when some UI/UX improvements are good, Apple also copies other brands when they see a trending feature from Android.
Whoever thought having those tiny control buttons on android lock screen did not try an iphone. It’s so much easier to hit play or pause etc on the iphones.

I bought the basic S24 128gb at the end of November for 599 euro (Black Friday), original price was 899. Such an amazing phone. Perfect size, not too big, not too small, fits great in hand. :) . It has a nice display, fills my daily tasks perfectly. I dont need more :) Also makes very nice pictures and videos in pretty high quality.
So now when you want to downgrade you are not limited to iphones only, you can also waste your money on Samsung Galaxy. I am waiting for Samsung to start limiting and restricting their UI just like the apple is doing on ios, to say goodbye Samsung with peace of mind. Don't forget that Samsung has REAL fast charging, while in apple they call that 25W charging... And 60Hz screen. Pathetic.

You need to download the older version as an apk. The new version of Gboadd doesn't have Dynamic theme working in Samsung phones, and idk why. Search in Google for this version of Google Keyboard (version 14.3.06.637860732-release-arm64-v8a), it's the one before the update that messed it up.
Man.. looking this closely to both OS versions you can see how much they’re blending with each other. I think Samsung getting mostly the good features as they’ve matured (not a fan of that pill thing though) and Apple just being a weird mix of stuff.

Yes it does help, but like the S24 the iPhone needs some better camera hardware. The iPhone 17 will do that and the Pros more so, but the S25U only has an upgraded ultrawide.
I'm using a s21 at the moment. I think this year it will be it's last. Next phone might still be a samsung. The phone worked really well and i like samsung ui. The only problems that i have are with the exynos chipset and the battery life.
Does it lag? I needed a long term review on exynos and there aren't many videos explaining that. I'm planning to buy S24 (Exynos) but I've watched and read so many videos and comments saying exynos is trash and won't last even 5 years. I hate it but these videos have convinced me to wait and save money for S25 (SD 8 Elite), but I'll have to wait for the prices to drop.
@dude5560-k9q From my experience, the exynos(2100) the one for s21 is a little slower and gets a bit warmer than the SD version. I seen it plenty of times and watched it on youtube that the battery is a little worse than the SD version. From my experience only with the s21, the phone was really good, yes it do lags from time to time( is 4 years old now) the camera has been amazing, it still produces very good photos even today and it will get is last update next month so i might keep it one more year. In terms of processing power, i didn t had a SD version to compare but the phone is been really good, it handles everything you throw at him but it does get a little hot from time to time, i wish the battery would be better optimised and last longer, it all comes from the processor and software but is been a solid 7.5 of an experience, for me overall. I suggest you to get the 8 elite version of the phone( i will get an s25 too later as my next device). The SD 8 Elite is one hell of a processor, even tho i seen some throttle for it, but overall very, very powerfull processor. The batterry should be way better in the new s25 series. So yeah i do think and from everything i saw on reviews the best choice is a flagship with a snapdragon processor. My personal opinion is that a SD 8 elite samsung s25 won t dissapoint. I will get one too for sure, their phones are top and i love one ui so much and all the features that it has. Hope this helps you, and yeah i do think a snapdragon powerd samsung is a little bit better than the exynos version, even tho they reduced the gap these past years, there is still a little bit of a difference. Overall samsung producess one of the best devices on the market in my opinion. So yeah hope this helps and sorry for my english.

The phone does lag a bit but is 4 years old. It still holds up like a champ and the camera is still an absolute beast. Im waiting for the new one ui 7 update. I think the SD 8 elite won t dissapoint and with the samsung tunning is just gonna be even better.
@@dude5560-k9q the day to day actions it handless very well, like social media and watching videos, opening documents and taking pitures. It does lag from time to time but only under havy stress like gaming a lot and lots of video calls. The phone get s hot sometimes and the battery drops faster, again the phone is pretty old. I suggest you to go for the SD version. I think the s25 will be much better.
If you want to check the processor's performance, I advise you to check it on the PUBG Mobile game because it is the best and most powerful game available on phones.
It would be insane if apple still offers 60hz on their low tier phones next year 2025. That is just sad. I'm switching from 16 pro max to the new s25 ultra. I realized samsung phones are just better and more fun than iphones. Iphones get boring very fast.

@@hasanagera snapdragon has always been far ahead of apple, there just isn't enough optimization on some games. do you know that snapdragon 8 elite can run almost all pc games at 40+ fps 1080p using windows emulator ( not cloud gaming) . literally the entire game installed on device and running. iphone 16 barely runs the official port of some pc games at 30fps@720p while snapdragon is running the games without optimization and is still performing better. this just proves that if companies officially port their console/pc games to android, snapdragon will give double fps at higher resolution .

One important thing is to mention, that 120hz is more CPU and battery intensive. Thats why the S24 is becoming hotter and battery loss is more.

how can i install on s24 fe this one ui 7 update? My friend told me it won't get any newer than one ui 6.1, beacause the exynos 2400e isn't powerful enough to handle it but i like this phone so i won't buy a newer one i need a solution.

Samsung is a better phone than pixel. The few pixel “exclusive” features which you don’t get on Samsung are not worth the compromises.

Samsung should have worked on pixel binning to 24 mp rather than 12 mp. It would have been a game changer. It was a game changer for Iphone. I generally don't support iphones🤢 but I really appreciate the 15 and 16 series ones.
Yes it does help, but like the S24 the iPhone needs some better camera hardware. The iPhone 17 will do that and the Pros more so, but the S25U only has an upgraded ultrawide.
The oneui 7 camera app looks really ugly and looks like the camera app from some rip off samsung.

I'm using a s21 at the moment. I think this year it will be it's last. Next phone might still be a samsung. The phone worked really well and i like samsung ui. The only problems that i have are with the exynos chipset and the battery life.
Does it lag? I needed a long term review on exynos and there aren't many videos explaining that. I'm planning to buy S24 (Exynos) but I've watched and read so many videos and comments saying exynos is trash and won't last even 5 years. I hate it but these videos have convinced me to wait and save money for S25 (SD 8 Elite), but I'll have to wait for the prices to drop.
@dude5560-k9q From my experience, the exynos(2100) the one for s21 is a little slower and gets a bit warmer than the SD version. I seen it plenty of times and watched it on youtube that the battery is a little worse than the SD version. From my experience only with the s21, the phone was really good, yes it do lags from time to time( is 4 years old now) the camera has been amazing, it still produces very good photos even today and it will get is last update next month so i might keep it one more year. In terms of processing power, i didn t had a SD version to compare but the phone is been really good, it handles everything you throw at him but it does get a little hot from time to time, i wish the battery would be better optimised and last longer, it all comes from the processor and software but is been a solid 7.5 of an experience, for me overall. I suggest you to get the 8 elite version of the phone( i will get an s25 too later as my next device). The SD 8 Elite is one hell of a processor, even tho i seen some throttle for it, but overall very, very powerfull processor. The batterry should be way better in the new s25 series. So yeah i do think and from everything i saw on reviews the best choice is a flagship with a snapdragon processor. My personal opinion is that a SD 8 elite samsung s25 won t dissapoint. I will get one too for sure, their phones are top and i love one ui so much and all the features that it has. Hope this helps you, and yeah i do think a snapdragon powerd samsung is a little bit better than the exynos version, even tho they reduced the gap these past years, there is still a little bit of a difference. Overall samsung producess one of the best devices on the market in my opinion. So yeah hope this helps and sorry for my english.
@@dude5560-k9q go for the s25 series you won' regret. The SD 8 elite is a beast and with the new one ui 7 everything is gonna be so nice and fluid. I hava an s21(exynos). The phone does lag a bit but is 4 years old. It still holds up like a champ and the camera is still an absolute beast. Im waiting for the new one ui 7 update. I think the SD 8 elite won t dissapoint and with the samsung tunning is just gonna be even better.
@@dude5560-k9q the day to day actions it handless very well, like social media and watching videos, opening documents and taking pitures. It does lag from time to time but only under havy stress like gaming a lot and lots of video calls. The phone get s hot sometimes and the battery drops faster, again the phone is pretty old. I suggest you to go for the SD version. I think the s25 will be much better.

It would be insane if apple still offers 60hz on their low tier phones next year 2025. That is just sad. I'm switching from 16 pro max to the new s25 ultra. I realized samsung phones are just better and more fun than iphones. Iphones get boring very fast.

@@hasanagera snapdragon has always been far ahead of apple, there just isn't enough optimization on some games. do you know that snapdragon 8 elite can run almost all pc games at 40+ fps 1080p using windows emulator ( not cloud gaming) . literally the entire game installed on device and running. iphone 16 barely runs the official port of some pc games at 30fps@720p while snapdragon is running the games without optimization and is still performing better. this just proves that if companies officially port their console/pc games to android, snapdragon will give double fps at higher resolution .
