All of our trailers got a bulkhead. It's definitely a must. 💪🏾
Exactly the type of thing I’d be looking into if I hauled reefer! Excellent video DIY!!!
Man this shows you care about us truckers you don’t even know and are passionate about your craft…I would love to join your team and be apart of a great organization
So easy, even a truck driver can operate it. ;)
I like that Adam good choice when I started out years ago I tried Food service with Fox River foods Montgomery Illinois they had some crude primitive equipment bulkheads that were hard fiberglass partitions that would require the driver and helper to physically swing the partition up over head and lock out of the way with spring loaded pins to hold them overhead not easy at all a real back breaker & head breaker as well just down rite dangerous pain in the ass one of the warehousemen that was also a H.S. PE instructer started bringing In old foam gym mats along with some plywood it was clumsy but awkward but worked out better than nothing food service was not my cup of tea I did not stay around to see the end results but heard later on they purchased some reefer pups that were more suited for route delivery with curb service doors but anyway looks like a good product choice Adam !!
I use to work for UNFI , and those things work really well, helps to keep temperature under control, produce, dairy, freezer or dry
We used to store ours up against the front of the trailer. We pulled them out at delivery if we needed them for that load.
That’s a really good idea
Cool 😎 👍 Bulkhead Reefer ❤
Looks good, simple to use, win - win.
Don't underestimate a the abilities of a forklift operator to damage anything. Otherwise neat idea.
Looking forward to the updates.
OMG I have two of them and they save a boat load of money on those fresh loads that are on cycle mode ..reefer barley comes on and on frozen when you have LTL it cools the trailer fast
Looks nice way to save money 💰
Very good investment
Yes!!
Absolutely cool gadget and useful as well! Happy New Year from now! 🤘😎🎄
Whhhhaaattt?? that’s nice!!
Always thinking!
I have trouble getting my Bulk Head to fit properly! 😮
too bulky
I did some reefer with the Wal Mart DC for a summer one time with SWIFT, those bulk heads are pretty cool. Especially if you’re doing multi-temp or multi-stop. They’re pretty cool.
Pin intended?? Lol. Pretty cool
@@DIYSEMI 🥶😎
What's under that bulky hat?
a bulky head
I have same side chutes like you. How you gonna allow air flow on pinched air chutes if u only yave 4-8 pallets? 🤔
air comes out of the side of the chutes as well as the ends
@@DIYSEMI air comes out on the sides? 🤔 Do you have slits along the sides?
@@vroor32 I thought the same.
