- I'm going to try a new chicken sandwich spot every week and take you all on an adventure. This week's episode features Birdies DTLA a really dope spot that sells chicken sandwiches, coffee, and donuts. I ate their Birdies spicy chicken sandwich. Where should I next? Sandwiches are normally made with sliced bread & not Burger buns. It's funny we both speak English but different.

We're from New York which really doesn't have a great chicken sandwich, to me if its not spicy, it's not good haha But me and my family all agree the best chicken sandwich we've *ever* had hands down was in South Western Pennsylvania at Roaring Knob Raceway (It's a dirt race track) and they have a GIANT chicken sandwich there that's called the Dirt Burger. Still to this day we haven't had a better chicken sandwich haha

Instead of that (food), how about a home cooked one, on the beach, in Florida, over a fire, watching the sunset with everything you could want or need in front of a big house in Manalapan? Warm teal water during the day, refreshing coolness at night.

@@ScribeCash The Red Chikz got a good chicken sandwich as well but they just closed temporarily. Not sure if they opened back up. The rest of the spots I mess with in DTLA are either vegan or Mexican. I cook at home most of the time though hehe 😁

I’ve been searching for the best chicken sandwich and I have yet to find one.
My conditions for the best sandwich:
Spicy
Flavorful
Must be CRISPY
If it ain’t crispy I won’t bother eating it.
I stay in Long Beach btw there’s a few chicken spot here. I’ve been to dtla they got a good chicken spot but my problem was it wasn’t crispy and the fried skin slipped right on the chicken.
Mention some in Long Beach and I’ll go visit those two
