      For those who aren't comfortable leaving their windows open for safety reasons, you can always opt in for dehumidifier instead. It's quite pricey but it's great investment esp if you're planning to stay in Baguio for much longer. :)

I researxh mo na lang about health effects of mould.

  • @junrodas948

    Para makaiwas sa mold, dapat maganda and ventilation ng bahay o apartment. Leave some windows a bit open to allow air to pass through or buy a dehumidifier to keep your home dry. Mold arises from dampness and lack of ventilation. Heater would be excellent but very expensive due to power consumption. Mind you, there are molds that are toxic to lung and brain tissue, you may take a sample to a lab and have it analyzed to be sure. Keep safe and stay healthy.

    This is so helpful! I had my eyes rolling on those people who posted negative comments here. It 'seems' that they are from Baguio who probably got offended by these cons and have never realized that this video was clearly not for them. Thanks to those who are from Baguio and provided some tips instead. I'm planning to move there in 1 year so I'm glad to have found this video. ❤️

    Hi, mommy ruth. I would like to give you best advice especially when it comes to clean wet mopping the floor that it took to long to dried that is the best solution is used electric fan just put on the floor wet tiles clean already and then adjust the head of fan make it face down the floor let it swing the fan winds blew harder so it can be easily dries up fast. Then dont forget to use extension long wire plug outlet for the fan so it makes adjust the fan moving anywhere the places that cannot reached those wide long space floors wet easily. But also use the electric fan in that bathroom when you cleaned wet floor too. And where to put that fan is outside that front door just zoom there never let the fan swing in that front door. Also the laundries clothes that took too long to dried up when it comes rains and cold climates is that you need roof for the laundries in the garage let them dried up there for two days whenever there's no sun. If not you can use ironed them in high hot electric iron those two side of one clothe starting from the back cloth and front cloth and also same goes to the pants and underwear etc. That would be easier to solved the solution that comes living in baguio city. Hahaha!!! You should try that. Amen.!🤣😆

Safe pa noon. I’m talking 1960s-70s.
    Re- molds..buksan lang bintana for airflow or paandarin ang electric fan side to side parA mag circulate ang hangin..1 hr in the morning, 1 hr in afternoon

    These are all shallow reason! You should be more concern on the community itself whether it's a high crime area, easily accessible, or prone to flood, landslide or earthquake.......Everything you mentioned can easily be solved and actually more of a good thing. Kids sleeping longer means they are more relax and not hyper. Creaking doors are more of an adjustment to a new developed building or structures. Fruit flies are common better than the big dirty ones. Molds grew if your building has no proper vent installed. Times are slower especially if you are not doing anything all day and clothes dries longer if you don't have a dryer or a roof top deck to dry them. And if you don't have a dishwasher or hot water for washing dishes.
    Baguio is one of the top 3 places to live in the Philippines for the Cool Climate alone. Add the different outdoor adventures that you can have, from touring the different parks, to ziplining, trekking and ghost hunting. Then add the exotic cuisine, and the local history you can have it all. Baguio has long been a popular destination among travelers for years. Many have considered living here because of the perfect weather and breathtaking scenery.

      Instead of ranting about the observations of someone who has never stayed in Baguio long term, why not put a video of your own to showcase what you think should be highlighted?
      You can not call them shallow reasons because they are not reasons to begin with. She told a story based on her actual experience and if it doesn't suit you, better fix your grammar first before spreading negativity like molds.

      @deceasedshorty3584 3 года назад

      And even if the goverment decided to put a airport here, the question is where are they going to build one? And if they build an airport in baguio city I think it's not possible since baguio city is smaller than what a lot of people expected and if they do build an airport just outside of baguio city(Benguet), where are they going to build it? And how?
      But in my opinion as a local, I think it's not possible to build a airport here due to budget and location and I think that the budget that's going to building a airport here should go to other stuff like improving baguio city and benguet before they make a airport

    • @ponypower8
      @ponypower8 3 года назад +1

      @@deceasedshorty3584 Well, an airport will create jobs and also new business opportunities. Faster way to travel will also increase tourism, people can get in and out of the city faster, hence, faster turnover of tourists. Aside from that, transporting supplies and domestic trade would also be faster. The more time you save, the more opportunities you create, the more things you can do. And BTW, it's not a major international airport that I was asking about. Only a small, domestic airport. I actually personally saw one when we went on a trip to Palawan.

Otherwise perfect.just wipe and clean up the molds, can't help it coz the weather is cold, If you don't get enough sunshine otherwise run a generator if you can afford. Better than hot places, madaling mabulok ang pagkain or prutas. Too humid as well, There's no perfect place that will do evrything for you. Just live and fit in if you want to live there.
