Interesting but I will stick with the real thing. Why did it make you go to a boil with grains steeping. Shouldn't they be removed to avoid harsh tannic flavours. Steep grains only in real life. At lower temp like 65c ect
It is interesting to see how brewing is done using different methods, unfortunataly I have no one to brew with given my lifestyle and feel this will place in a better mindset.
