Week Long Jewelry Metalsmith Workshop Aug. or Sept. 2019

Only 2 times this season, I am opening my JewelryMonk Training Center for a Week Long Metal-Smith Workshop.
I have 2 dates open, and hopefully one of these dates fits into your busy summer/fall schedule. Those dates are the Last week in August, which is August 26th thru the 30th, and the last week in September, which is September 23rd thru the 27th
The Location is Rapid City, SD, and we will cover skills from tool modification and preparation, to proper sawing and filing, annealing, soldering, and cold connections, to texturing, stone setting, and much more. You won’t believe how much we will cover in 5 short days, and how much you will grow as a jewelry maker.

I was an apprentice for a man who is in Smithsonian. He was a difficult man, but such an engineering genius with kinetic art. I am looking to be an apprentice for someone again, because I am able to be extremely helpful and have such a desire to learn...and I am a fast student. If you know of any metal artists who are a little older, set in their ways, no one wants to work with them, yet they are getting older, and could sure use some help, I am your girl. I wish I found your videos earlier, I usually go to Sturgis every year...in my car...by myself...and I sit and make jewelry. I would have loved to stop by and say hello. Looks like you are in the downtown area?
