- HEEEY!! Oh my gosh you're going to LOVE these dinner recipes! In this week's what's for dinner I share some AMAZING summer dinner ideas and 9 amazing mouth watering recipes that will knock your socks off!! We spent the week at the beach house and really took advantage of the grill there because keeping the heat outside during summertime is always a great idea! The grill made everything taste Amazing! It's either the grill or the recipes... sooo maybe it was the recipes. haha I hope you love them as much as my family and me!

We need a Wads cookbook. These all look and sound amazing. I'm over here drooling like a dog over a steak. Lol.
IKR drooling, do you have the same problem as me though with only me and Miss Teen in the house we have to eat it for days (or freeze some) l miss cooking for a Family (never thought ld say that when l was raising 6 kids) and here l am wanting to cook everything!!
@@brilliantbutblue yes we have that problem. We still make too much. It either gets eaten till we're sick of it, freeze it, or give away to the bonus sons because they'll eat anything. Lol.

With the coconut cake use crushed pineapple liquid and all as the wet ingredients. Also add cherries if you want..... so good.
Loving the recipes. It's not a cutting board, it's for slicing your roast. The dips catch the meat juices.💕to you all.

When we go on vacation I do as much meal prep as I can. I know this one came a little sooner than you thought. Freeze marinade meats browned cooked beef for chili or made taco meat and put in freezer all veg chopped that I can do ahead made spice bags for each meal and maybe one crockpot dump and go or a freezer made dish. You know it's never a vacation for the parents especially for the one that does all the cooking. It's all so much work. Your dinners looked so good.

Add crushed pineapple to the cake mixture and toast up that coconut for the topping!

Next time you vacation there make a point of turning the cutting board over! You will find no cut out sections on that side! That is a carving board, the groves are meant to catch roast dripping as you carve.
I want some salmon with mango chutney over rice! That dish looked so beautiful! And I bet it tasted as good as it looked. Actually everything looked so good! Pineapple coleslaw? Yes please. Enchiladas made with lime. YUM! And that last little clip of Alex eating that chocolate pudding Reese peanut butter cake….every bite his eyes would ever-so-slightly roll into the back of his head was hysterical and made me WANT THAT CAKE! Lol!

Hey Kim love all your videos, did you know it's easier to use the microplane on top of the fruit? Instead of rubbing the fruit on the microplane, rub the microplane on the fruit. The bend edge will hold the zest and you can see where you already zested.

After the cake is baked poke holes in it and pour a can of coconut cream on it. So good!!! Add cream cheese to the cool whip icing. It’ll blow your mind!!! Refrigerate cake. Love your cooking videos! ❤

I have a tip for you. When grilling keep a spray bottle of water with you. It helps with flamage.

when we were camping we had pudding in ice cream cones , it was great. When I got married I gave it to the kids so they could go outside with it outside.

Oh my gosh! All these recipes look so delicious and easy to make! I'm like you in the summertime. I love to make foods that are light and refreshing. Plus I'd much rather love to cook outside on the grill instead of cooking inside and making the house hotter! I can't wait to try these recipes!

My grandma used to make lemon-lime jello for us and put it in fancy dishes. I didn't like it any other time unless I was at her house and we were spending the night.

A while ago, I found your recipe for chocolate chip cookies with the pudding mix. Well, I finally made them and they are beyond delicious!! Husbands favorite is butterscotch, so I made them with butterscotch pudding and butterscotch chips.......he's crazy about them!!! Thank you for sharing the recipe.

If you make that coconut cake again I would suggest using something to poke holes all over the surface, than pour a can of sweetened condensed milk and the pineapple in the can that's crushed, or make your own by cutting up half a pineapple and crushing it in a blender and than poring that on and add the cool whip and coconut flakes.
when can opener is stiff to turn pour a few drops of cooking oil on it to lubricate it
