Great conversation and glad to find out that there are men in Kenya with this troubling mentality.
But I must question: why do we Africans follow White men and people to inform our culture on such sensitive issues? When we can tailor make our own ways for all genders to exist together in harmony. Imagine telling your grandfather to follow Andrew Tate and your grand mother to follow whatever female version of Andrew Tate is. I weep for my people.
when men say women should bring more to the table than sexuality,they are not referring to women's salary,,they are talking about ''submission, naturing,support''...men dont care about women's money.. a man has the ability to support the whole family by himself if he taps into his musculine energy
Relationships thrive on equality and shared responsibility. Both partners can contribute financially, emotionally, and practically. In today's world, many families have two working parents, and woman might be the primary breadwinner.
Everyone has strengths to bring to a relationship, and these don't have to be limited by gender roles.
@@TheJagero if a woman brings in money,yes it helps...but the most important thing a woman can bring to a relationship to ensure that it thrives is not her money (money helps). The relationship thrives when the woman let the man lead .and so the most important thing she can bring to relationship is her submission, nurturing,energy ,support..being a helpmeet. Society is so rotten and ungodly that wen u say submission ,they are thinking slavery.nooo...i just mean recognising that the man is the head of the family. We have differing views on where to live,where to invest our money, after i hear u out as my wife,if i still feel like option A is still the best, i think our relationship would work better if u give in just off of the fact that im the head. Not u bringin in the fact that this is also yo money and u not budgin. And the husband has to get rid of this nonsense that he is equal to his wife.when his wife messes up in AREA A,and he messes up in AREA B, he should not be like "ok,woman u clean up A,i'll clean up B". Practically that can happen if it does not weigh down the woman heavily.but a true husband's mentality in this should be "we are not equal, i love my wife just like Jesus love His church.therefore i'm willing to die for my wife.So im gon put in extra time and clean up both Her mess in AREA A,and my mess in AREA B". Thats true definition of "we are not equal.we are different ". But women take it to mean "ohhhh...u saying the man is superior,he is the master, and wife is servant ". This is the view of an unhealed society.
Bible urges men to take care of their wives as "they are the weaker vessel". Women dont make great leaders nor co-leaders.its just not in their nature.thats why they can excellently lead law firms,but then wreck up their marriages.because to be an excellent leader,u need to acquire musculine energy.but in a romantic relationship, a husband requires woman with feminine energy,not money. Today, women are working,bringing money to the table,but divorce rates are high.you know why? Because a woman dont know how to act when she has financial power (in a romantic relationship, not in coorporate field). She also dont know how to act wen she has leadership role in marriage .you know why .while she is bringin money to the table,she is also bringin musculine energy. If she knows wen to switch off the musculine energy wen she gets home,then its no problem.but women have not been trained to do that because God did not create them to lead men.

Well, well well. I am not anti hypergamy though. Hypergamy is a fact. Not an ideology.
What I want to put across is that most men hate women, with options, women who are self-aware once you start providing you automatically 'become hard headed' because you are in control financially which is not the truth. You find men tend to go for women with less options, those that are financially wanting-waitresses and the like. But a woman sitting in her femininity will never be that. They will want to be loved, taken care of no matter how much wealth they possess. Problem comes when a man wants to treat you like trash, then they start gaslighting you that you are disobedient because you have money.

I like the question he poses in response to the sentiment of being bitter towards women. "Is he wrong about the things he says?" I think people who are not objective, most often deflect when they don't have a valid point/argument for their case.
