The 6 elements are as follows:
Height
Rhythm
Direction
Depth
Spin
and Pace
Watch this official Gary Kushnirovich video to learn more about these elements and practice the "regular-to-change" drill as seen in the video. This drill, and remembering the 6 ways to manipulate the tennis ball, will improve your play noticeably.

Nice video. I watch a lot players get into the same rhythm, hitting the same topspin balls over and over to their opponents who also follow suit. I see beginners who are in awe of these players. But when them play other players that have a lot of variety in their shots, that puts these players all out of sorts and they lose. I myself love using everything in the book, knifing slices, side spin, flat shots, dinks, droppers, topspin and heavy topspin.
Great video¡
Thank you!
